The room lacked a phone and had a flooding shower.

We stayed in the Loft for 4, and the kids were thrilled with the swing in the room! The hotel's vibe is relaxed, and they loved the free gummies. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring Berlin's attractions.

A few more amenities, like a mini-fridge, would’ve been helpful, especially for longer stays. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was more positive than negative.
